We will be taking a short break. Our store will be closed from 25th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021.

All online orders placed during this time will be sent upon our return on 4th January 2021.

Delivery Times

95% of orders are dispatched the next business day. Shipping times specified are from the time of dispatch only, not from the day the order was placed.
Standard shipping times: 3 - 5 business days metropolitan - additional time for regional.
Shipping cost are automatically calculated using Australia Post interfaces.

Orders are dispatched from our store at Smithfield NSW.

Free Shipping Offers

Free Shipping on orders over $100 only for registered customers. Exclusions apply on some products when free shipping is offered. Free shipping offers exclude: oversized and bulky items, blankets, as well as ammunition boxes and storage cases as well as where Total cart weight over 25 Kilograms. Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania are excluded from all free shipping offers due to expensive freighting costs.

If you require a faster delivery service than these options, then please contact us and we can assist with making arrangement for shipping via your preferred carrier. Any additional costs incurred because you choose a non-standard delivery method will be added to the cost of your order.

It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where you are sure that someone will be available to receive it during business hours. A business address is often good for this reason, but if you are having your parcel sent to work, remember to include your company’s name (and the department or level where you work).

Some of our goods are not permitted to be delivered because of health and safety reasons. Other times, such as knives, require the person to present themselves for identification. Some items are just too big and awkward or too valuable to be shipped safely. Most of these items are marked in the online store as “in store only”, so if you require such an item, please check the store locator on our website for our store location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery method you choose. We use Australia Post interface to calculate the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be displayed when you use the “checkout” procedure when ordering.

The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and/or size and the shipping address of your purchase.

By sending an order through this website you are placing an offer to purchase selected products at the price shown on the web. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing or incorrect pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations or any other reason. We will endeavor to keep our information as accurate as possible. When a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options.

Packing and Insurance

All items are packed to a very high standard. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement.

Refund Process Time

Please choose wisely as we do not accept returns for refund or exchange based on an incorrect selection of product or colour, etc. We are happy to exchange a size if the clothing sent does not fit correctly. Please read the product description before you make your purchase. Returns of items will only be accepted on grounds of faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied product.

If an item does require to be returned you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be sent in their original packaging and returned in their original condition, the buyer must provide a tracking number to in order for an exchange or company credit, less the shipping costs to be given.

Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.

If your item is Faulty or Damaged.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
